Martinis and a Drive-In

My tummy is way too full, I’m extremely sleepy and so very happy. It was a good day. We slept in while Cecil, Rachel and Dan ran a six mile race. We’re such good friends, don’t you want to have us over? Anyway, once we got up and they got back we went out to eat at Scotty’s Brewhouse. Nom. The food was good but the best part was the martini flight.

After day drinking we went back to the house to relax. I napped and then watched the guys play Mario Brothers Wii for hours. Seriously, so entertaining. It’s a constant soundtrack of yelling, grunting, cheering and groaning. By the way, I am a horrible player but a really awesome guide. I know exactly how to beat the levels I just don’t have the skills to pull it off. If I could play Wii with my mind I would be amazing. Just saying.

When they had reached the point of utter frustration we decided to take a break from the Wii and go to the drive-in.

Is there anything more American than a drive-in? I always feel so classic when I’m at a drive-in movie. What does classic feel like? You know, the 1950’s and stuff. ::shrug::

All in all it was great day. I expect tomorrow to be just as good if not better.
